How My Editable Canva Invitations Work (and How to Finish Yours in Ten Minutes)
Most of my shop is editable invitations, and the question I get most is: how does it actually work? Here's the whole process, start to finish.
1. Buy and download
When you buy on Etsy you get a PDF straight away. You'll find it in your Etsy account under Purchases and reviews, and Etsy emails you a download link too. If you checked out as a guest, the link is in your receipt email.
2. Open your template in Canva
Open the PDF and click the link to your template. A free Canva account is all you need, and it works on your phone or your computer.
3. Make it yours
Change the wording, date, time, address and RSVP details. On designs with a menu you can edit every dish too. You can also change the text colour, size and font.
4. Send or print
Download a JPG or PNG to text or email to your guests, or a PDF to print at home on card stock or at a print shop. My 5x7 designs fit A7 envelopes.
